- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems integrating AI, biotech, and quantum innovations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend insights to C-suite and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business strategies

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
