Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps by synthesizing global tech trends, socio-economic shifts, and emerging consumer behaviors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation solutions in AI ethics, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercialization pipelines
- Deliver strategic foresight reports for C-suite decision-making and investor communications
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI on futuristic initiatives
- Represent the company at global forums on sustainable technology and human-centric design
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futuristic initiatives launched to market
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
