Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and markets to identify disruptive forces for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) into business frameworks

- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with long-term vision

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with Delphi method, causal layered analysis, or other foresight methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
