Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and technologies impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical and economic volatility
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Drive patent development for emerging IP in AI ethics and sustainable tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2020-2025 with 90%+ accuracy
- Expertise in systemic thinking, scenario modeling, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published research on technology adoption curves or megatrends
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board-level stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, biotech convergence, or AI governance
