Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design and deliver strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable plans
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and innovation roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry keynotes
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight practice
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFMP)
- Published author in futurism or innovation thought leadership
