Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends with 3-7 year impact horizons
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Architect scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Champion future-proofing initiatives across product development and operational systems
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable strategies for executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in scenario planning and emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in predictive analytics, trend forecasting, and horizon scanning methodologies
