- Produce high-impact trend reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish innovation frameworks for agile adaptation to exponential change

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) preferred
