Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technological, economic, and sociocultural domains
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight models for 5-10 year future scenarios
- Translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps for product development
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging technologies and market disruption
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats using predictive analytics
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with industry thought leaders
- Author foresight reports and strategic briefs for board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic adaptation
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
