Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead horizon scanning across biotech, AI governance, climate tech, and neuroeconomics
- Develop quantitative trend impact models using proprietary simulation platforms
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' trend reports with predictive analytics
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts across emerging industries
- Translate complex future scenarios into implementable business strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal megatrends
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend forecasting tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Engine)
- Experience advising executive teams on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
