Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and translate insights into actionable 2026 strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-based frameworks to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies across the organization
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on transformational projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
