- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to map 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Author thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and their impact on industry ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
