Responsibilities
- Forecast technology and market trends through horizon scanning to identify opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present executive briefings on emerging risks and disruptive forces
- Build and maintain an external intelligence network with thought leaders and academia
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities and training programs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex futures scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or startup environments
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
