Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, societal, and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate planning and R&D pipelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-focused products and services
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or future-focused research
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Strong data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities using advanced analytical tools
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
