Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal forecasts
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruption vectors and opportunity spaces
- Author trend reports and foresight briefs for Fortune 500 clients and internal stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Design and facilitate innovation sprints using human-centered design and systems thinking
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and weak signal analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
