- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation roadmap alignment with future market shifts
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product/service roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, speaking engagements, and industry panels
- Manage cross-functional 'Future Labs' incubating breakthrough concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
