Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical tech integration and societal impact
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and Fortune 500 partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation through agile sprints and rapid prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with agile development and design thinking frameworks
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or equivalent preferred
