Responsibilities
- Scan global technological, economic, and social signals to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain horizon scanning frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Design scenario-planning models to simulate future business environments and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Curate and manage an ecosystem of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight outputs into executable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, Web3, synthetic biology, or quantum systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with data modeling and scenario planning proficiency
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (e.g., TEDx, Harvard Business Review)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on disruptive transformation
- Mastery of foresight methodologies: Delphi, STEEP analysis, or trend impact analysis
