Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech through 2026
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed foresight into development cycles
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation principles while navigating technological disruption and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives or published foresight work
