Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and socioeconomic shifts to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and circular economy principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product innovations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Present trend briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Author thought leadership on emerging technology ethics and adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
