Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive vision with innovation roadmaps
- Produce scenario-based strategic plans with quantifiable risk assessments and opportunity matrices
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives aligned with future market landscapes
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry panels, and trend briefings
- Maintain a dynamic ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
