Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops that identify disruptive opportunities and risk-mitigation strategies
- Design and implement innovation frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing applications
- Produce forward-looking reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term strategic outcomes and innovation ROI
- Represent company at global foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation leadership, or futures research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating work on multi-year strategic initiatives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence C-suite decisions through data-driven insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
