- Produce actionable trend reports and future-state roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into product development pipelines
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders using compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certificate in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., from University of Houston)
