- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption curves across industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize frontier technologies
- Present foresight insights to investors and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTE preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
