Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational resilience planning.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through horizon scanning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and predictive analytics for stakeholder decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for early trend detection
- Design organizational resilience strategies for technological disruption and paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects with measurable business outcomes
