- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing integration and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from neuroscience, space tech, and ethical AI domains
- Produce foresight reports and roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready products and services
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or trend analysis with Fortune 500 experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with emerging tech (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) commercialization
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
