Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term corporate vision and market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype concepts for next-generation products and services
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and Board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry pioneers to co-create solutions
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor movements to identify first-mover advantages
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible tech development and deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercially successful products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in innovation management or futures forecasting (e.g., APF, CFA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
