Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable materials science
- Architect future-proof business models for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead the Horizon 2026 Innovation Challenge, mentoring startups solving humanity's grand challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology certification
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, D3.js)
