- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Present future scenarios to investors and stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in collaboration with global policy councils
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology impact assessment, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) required
