Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports for C-suite decision-making
- Design and pilot prototype solutions for next-generation human-machine collaboration
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
