- Produce visionary whitepapers and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Build relationships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across executive, technical, and creative teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
