Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation projects
- Author executive briefings on future market disruptions and competitive positioning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systemic risk modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
