Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on long-term trend analysis (e.g., Foresight Institute, WEF reports)
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and sustainability roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
