- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advise executive leadership on emerging market opportunities and risks
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies
- Drive adoption of sustainable innovation frameworks across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Leadership preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in behavioral economics and user psychology
