- Translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Curate annual 'Future Tech Summit' featuring industry pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design and disruptive thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, synthetic biology, spatial computing
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex concepts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation frameworks and future scenario development
