Responsibilities

- Author strategic white papers and trend reports for executive and investor audiences
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present future outlooks to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field
