Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech trends
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with C-suite executives to align future vision with organizational strategy
- Create scenario-based roadmaps for product development and market entry across emerging domains
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts and business models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology, quantum) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology-driven transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects or published foresight work
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and futures research platforms
