As a key member of our Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and sustainable design pioneers to develop frameworks that organizations can implement today to thrive in 2026 and beyond. You'll present findings to C-suite executives and lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead client workshops on emerging technology adoption and disruption forecasting
- Produce trend analysis reports on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Design innovation roadmaps for clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Coordinate with R&D teams to validate future-proof product concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Maintain proprietary knowledge base on exponential technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented strategy implementations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
