Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prototype future-facing solutions (metaverse, biotech, climate tech)
- Produce strategic whitepapers on emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in board-level presentations
- Mentor junior futurists in future-proofing methodologies
- Author quarterly briefs on disruption vectors for Fortune 500 executives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing applications
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, MF) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences in tech/finance sectors
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
