Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and sociotechnical systems analysis
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
