Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Design strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption and competitive advantage
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board of directors for strategic decision-making
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and startup partners
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching 2020+ market-disruptive initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience leading global innovation teams in tech or consulting sectors
- Published thought leadership on future trends (e.g., MIT Sloan, Harvard Business Review)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
