Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with executive leadership to align organizational strategy with long-term market evolution
- Curate and deliver strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and whitepapers
- Establish metrics to track innovation ROI and forecast market disruption timelines
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading high-impact teams and managing complex innovation portfolios
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
