Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and commercializing breakthrough products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members to drive resource allocation
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technological possibilities into actionable business strategies
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global technology trends and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leader in technology foresight or innovation strategy
