Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, bioengineering) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop 5-year horizon scanning methodologies and produce quarterly foresight briefings for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend forecasting
- Present disruption scenarios to boards and guide organizational adaptation planning
- Mentor junior analysts in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy consulting or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
