Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Quantify future opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Author thought leadership content on emerging paradigms for industry influence
- Partner with R&D to incubate disruptive technologies aligned with future needs
- Advise executive leadership on systemic risks and transformational opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complexity to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and strategic impact
