Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging societal shifts
- Develop and present scenario-based strategic frameworks to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports positioning our clients for 2026 market landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight insights into product development and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
