Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives launched to market
- Experience leading high-stakes innovation sprints with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
