Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior patterns to forecast industry evolution through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging threats and opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present future-state narratives to executive leadership and board members with data-backed insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Publish thought leadership reports on future-of-work implications and digital transformation
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and societal impact mitigation
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, market research, or futurism with Fortune 500 or tech startups
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications or journals
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future scenario development and strategic impact
