- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning tools for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights at international conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech, finance, or healthcare
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
