Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports and trend briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Monitor horizon scanning ecosystems (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
