Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year foresight frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight knowledge base
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy, quantum)
